Shipped with Care

All our products are shipped from Sydney, Australia with the utmost care, in sustainable and nondescript subtle packaging.

Our products require signature upon delivery. 

If you're not home to sign for the package, it will be taken to the postal service office and await collection.

You'll have 10 business days to collect it before the item is returned to us. It is your responsibility to keep informed on the package whereabouts once tracking number has been provided.  

We will not be responsible for missed deliveries or returned items. Cost of re sending the item will be covered by the customer.

 

Shipping within Australia

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia.

Standard shipping for orders under $150 is $5.95.

Standard shipping time is 5 to 8 business days. 

 

Express shipping is available for $9.95.

All orders over $500 is eligible for FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.

Express shipping time is 2 - 4 business days if placed by 12:00PM AEST. 

 

Shipping Worldwide

Free standard shipping on all orders over $500 AUD.

Standard shipping for orders under $500 is $20 AUD.

Standard international shipping time is 10 to 20 business days. 

 

Express shipping is available for $35 AUD.

All orders over $1000 AUD is eligible for FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.

Express International shipping time is 5 - 8 business days if placed by 12:00PM AEST. 

 

 

Dispatch Time

The shipping times indicated above does not include making time.

Please refer to individual items for dispatch time frames.

For example, made to order, custom orders and out of stock items will take an additional 4 to 6 weeks to make and dispatch.

Our orders are processed between Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.
